You agree to use Bakbak solely for lawful purposes and language learning exchange. You may not broadcast illegal, harmful, harassing, or unauthorized commercial material in voice rooms or direct messages.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines without prior notice. Host privileges and room ownership are subject to administrative review.
All branding, trademarks, software code, design elements, and core assets associated with Bakbak are the exclusive property of Bakbak. Users retain ownership of original text and media content they submit.
Bakbak is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, call quality, or user interactions. Under no circumstances shall Bakbak be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
